Individual Coaching

Coaching has to do with creating results. Many individuals come to a place in life where they know more is available and yet don't know how achieve it. Coaching starts by identifying the desired results, making sure they are specific, measurable, and attainable. We believe that you (the coachee) are the expert in your own life and with skilled questioning and guiding the pathway forward emerges. Coach and Coachee then co-design the action steps necessary to actually bring the results about.

Some of the benefits coaching provides are:

• Clarify desired outcomes
• Identify and intervene in unproductive patterns
• Gain altitude to better see what's wanted and needed
• Accountability
  

Coaching consists of 4 (four), 60-minute phone sessions per month.
